Vestibular Rehabilitation

What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?

Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program that helps relieve disorders that cause dizziness and vertigo that often stems from the ear. Some symptoms of this are nausea, blurred vision, unsteady walking, decreased concentration and increased tiredness. Treatments to help with these issues can range from hands-on techniques to individualized exercise programs.
