Pitt Meadows Physiotherapy Clinic is following the requirements put forth by The College of Physical Therapists of BC, The BC Centre for Disease Control, and WorkSafe BC, as our therapists and administrative staff care greatly about your health and safety.

What we do to Ensure the Safety of our Clients

• Our booking schedule has been adjusted to ensure that there are minimal clients within the building at the same time.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being used by the staff.

• Masks are worn by all staff members at all times.

• Hands are regularly washed and sanitized throughout the day by all staff members.

• Pens used to fill out forms are regularly sanitized and rotated.

• Reception desk has plexiglass to prevent any airborne disease from spreading.

• Hand Sanitizer is readily available within the building.

• Minimized contact between staff.

• Cleaning and sanitization is done on equipment in-between patient use.

• Credit Card payments are encouraged to allow contactless payment.

• If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, appointments should be re-booked through phone call after your testing is complete and confirmed.

For Your Appointment

• Please arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment.

• Arrive alone unless necessary.

• Sanitize your hands using the hand sanitizer that will be readily available once you walk through our doors.

• Please bring a face mask that covers your mouth and nose to your appointment.

• If you forget a face mask, one can be provided by our receptionist.

• Fill in the Covid-19 screening questionnaire form at the clinic or online.

• Restricted bathroom use, please use the washroom before arriving.
